From my testing, these images can be a little bit tricky to create because AI confuses tiny humans with miniatures BUT I've created a prompt that tries to force realism so that humans look like real humans instead of toys BUT you will probably still get miniature/toy looking humans from some generations, just reroll until you're happy.
